i have a tamper fault on my accenta?

powerd up the alarm and i have put the inital code in and that silenced the alarm but the panel key pad as loked me out and it shows there is a tamper fault wot can i do my self to fix this problem baring in mind i am a electrition and done other alarm systems in the past all i have of the client to go on is a scrp bit of paper with code on
