My Simpson genesis 511 does not wash, but can spin?

My Simpson genesis 511 does not wash, but can spin.
After I turn the knob to wash, water start to come in, after water reach the required level, it stop, and some noise, but not wash, then I turn to the rinse/spin area, water start to drain and then spin.Anybody can help me?
