How can i fix my washing machine?

Our washing machine will not empty the fabric softener from its compartment on the final wash cycle. Are their any fixes ?.

Appliance is Zanussi Aquacycle 1250

take the drawer out and clean the syphon that is in the conditioner part of the drawer. then get a scouring pad and scrub the top of the dispenser hopefully this will solve the problem if not the a dispenser top will be required which is quite hard to fit. any problems email me on jdvdomestics@live.co.uk
