Black and Decker Model 420 Quick n Easy Steam Iron and screw n switch?

Some are that way to thwart us do-it-yourself fixers.
Try Sears for the screw driver. If not get a thicker dremel cutting disk and cut straight slot in the screw head. Then a regular flat screwdriver should work. This is how I got my Black and Decker Iron open. My problem seems to be a circuit board problem.
