Mend Troy-Bilt TB525 Wont Stop Line

Troy-Bilt TB525 reel won't stop line?

I have a Troy-Bilt TB525 4 cycle trimmer that won't stop letting out the line. As i increase the speed more line just comes out. I've replaced the bump head knob as well as the inner reel, but still having issues with the line advancing without the bump head knob being hit. HELP! :-(
