Troy Bilt TB20 CS trimmer stops?

My Troy Bilt TB20CS trimmer will run about 10 minutes or until it starts getting hot, then will not accelerate. Will still idle OK. When I pull the throttle it will slow down or stop. Have cleaned spark arrestor, air filter plug and added new fuel mixture Thanks

I had a similar situation and this is what I did. I changed the spark plug and removed the air filter. Worked back again like a charm. Put back the filter and started having chocking problems. I certain that after 2 years I needed to change the spark plug and change or clean the air filter.
