Mend Candy Dishwasher Guess Water

My Candy A9010 dishwasher is dead with E1 error on display?

Who can guess it?
According to manual, E1 means, it is not able to get a water, but all is ok with it. The tap is on, a hose is ok. This problem appeared during washing. It started to wash, and after a 20 minutes it reported E1, but it was full of hot water. Nobody touched a tap nor hose during washing.
Strange.

My Candy dish washer had the same fault but the most disturbing part is that the earth wire was also broken which is run on the far side of the wiring loom.
This makes the appliance extreamley dangerous as it could cause severs electric shock or a fire because it will not trip out the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
I tried to tell candy as i belive they know about the fault as they keep these wiring looms in stock and are rediley available. Their is a problem here which needs Candy to make a recall of these products to sort out the problem.
If you examin the wire you will find it is a standard piece of cable and as any engineer knows if you keep bending a piece of metal it will break at some point. cable in this type of aera is normaly very fine strands which is less liable to failuer.
Maybe Candy design people should go back and learn some basics befor letting them design an appliance that could kill someone or burn our homes down.

Hi all!
I've solved this problem with a little help of a serviceman (who admited he was seeng this model for the first time :)

The cause was a broken wire whih comes along with other wires from the electronic part of a dishwasher placed in a door of it, to the bottom containing all pumps and valves.

This wire was broken because of bad design causing it to be bent on the sharp edge of a plastic cover, during opening a door.

I hope it helps someone to cope with another similar problems.

BTW I never thought, this class of machine (it costed almost 1000$) could have this kind of bad design.

If someone wants to ask me for more info, please feel free to write on deep_space@op.pl
