New seal on our dishwasher ?

Hi Kelli, the door open error is more likely to be due to a faulty door switch which are not that expensive. Hope you got the water out okay. I know first hand how bad that water can smell after a few days,

Thanks for replying Lincoln appliances. I'm just assuming. It's7 years old and looks like it needs replacing and started to come out/away at the bottom. I hope to call someone for help on Monday but just wanted to get the water out as I don't know when they will be able to get here. Cheers

What is wrong with the seal on there now? Is it obviously out of place or broken or are you just assuming that the error message about the door means that it needs a new seal? You will not be able to run the drain pump until the door is closed. You can get rid of the smelly water by disconnecting the drain hose from the sink waste pipe, pull dishwasher out and put end of hose down low in to a bowl. Water will flow out. Answer my other questions and I will help with your problem.
