Mend Candy CWD464 Emptying Water Door

Candy CWD464 dishwasher not emptying before rinse?

Candy CWD464 dishwasher is not emptying before it rinses at the end of cycle and water is flooding out of the door. Machine is only used maybe 10 times a year and always on the economy cycle. It will empty when I move the switch to end of rinse cycle so there are no blockages. Is it worth repairing?

At the bottom of the machine are 3 screws in a triangular pattern (these areas need a special tool to undo but the tool is easily available.
These screws hold in place a plastic cover and when removed you will find that area blocked with unused dishwasher powder/grease. Remove this crap and problem solved
