Fault code E4 candy CSI 454 dishwasher?

How can I clear the fault code ? It's a built in machine...I've symphoned as much water out as I can, cleaned the filters , turned the mains off for 10 minutes then back on again..E4 still comes up and no pressing or holding the programme button for 3 seconds will clear it
