Mend Honeywell Accenta Gen4 Problem Alarm Seconds

Accenta Gen4 sounder problem?

when i go through test mode or activate the alarm the sounder only goes off for a few seconds even when i change the time in program mode,i have opened panel and checked all cables which are sound,now i also have tamper lockout mode,can anybody help me
