Last night I set my garage alarm was all fine went in the garage this morning alarm was bleeping as usual tried to unset it and it wouldn't work the rkp's are currently stuck on unset light and 1 AND The other is stuck on just 3, however I tried to resolve the problem myself by taking the yellow (r) out and I came up with the idea of placing it on the solder at the back on the r terminal still and it worked! but is this a good way of doing it should I solder the wire onto it because I don't want to mess around having a new one installed also it is not the battery as it is 1 year old and still works fine, also when I put the yellow wire back in the r terminal it was asif it was connecting then disconnecting causing the rkp's to ring for 3 seconds?
