Mend Light Replaced Starter

My broken strip light?

The strip light in my kitchen may have blown. i have replaced the bulb and the starter but still no joy. Any other suggestions?

D.I.Y, Lighting Light Replaced Starter

If you still have a starter on that fixture, my best guess is that the ballast has finally given up. One that old would be at the end of its' life cycle. You can replace the ballast with a newer model, but it may be just as cost affective to just get a new fixture.
