got new dual master clutch fitted 2 weeks ago now starter packed in. Ive replaced starter motor. Van started first time then a noticed battery light come onthe new starter then started making niose as if trying to engage so switched it off ignition lights just flicker now
Sorry misread your original question. I think you are saying the starter motor is trying to engage the flywheel with the motor running, I would have a look at your ignition switch,had a few on these but can`t remember one trying to start the motor whilst running.
