Mend Yamaha GP1200 Starting Started

starting problem?

I have a 1997 yamaha gp1200 waverunner. I was riding it when it died. Started up a rode for a little while and the warning light came up and said "volts" and then died. Upon trying to start it, it just clicks. I have checked the battery as well as replaced the starter solenoid. The fuse is also good. It still is just clicking. Any advice???
