whats wrong with my ford transit van?

i have a standard engine in my r plate van and wanted to update it i have changed the inlet manifold,exhaust manifold and 3 injectors off my other engine out of a v plate van,the vehicle seems to white/blue smoke quite a bit im wondering whether to swap the fuel pump over or could it be a timing problem
