Mend Ford 350-90 Gearbox Transit

how can i fix gearbox on my ford transit 350-90 RWD (2003)?

My van would not go into gears when started up, but does go into gears when turned off.
I am not sure what is wrong? Please let me know how to fix it

there is no adjustment on your clutch as it is hydraulic.the problem will be either clutch drag or the spigot bearing in the end of the crankshaft is siezed.either way the gearbox has to be removed.

the clutch is most likely dragging! try adjusting it if you can!
