what is the linkage placement for the govenor and the carborator for a 5 hp briggs and stratton mod # 135202

There's no setup involved other than to ensure that the govenor spring is not stretched/distorted, and the linkage moves FREELY.

There's only about 5 grams of force available to move the throttle so make sure it's free moving.
