Mend Briggs & Stratton 3.5 Hp Mower

Installation of governor spring for briggs and stratton 3.5 hp mower?

I need instructions for installing a governor spring on a 3.5 hp briggs and stratton lawn mower engine. The spring has fallen off and we do not know how to put it back on.
