how can I fix my lawn mower engine?

My Briggs & Stratton 3.5hp lawn mower engine will not start. I have fitted a new spark plug and reset the magneto gap to 0.4mm gap. I am not getting a spark.

Many thanks for your help. removed the coil and it tested ok. put it back together and it started first time!! May have been a bad connection.

also i would check to see that the manifold intake pipe isn`t cracked or sheered off as i had this problem in the past which would prevent the engine from starting .

could be condenser. or coil faulty.
