how can i fix my beko frezer?

it will only work when on fast freeze, if i turn this off everything defrosts

is it in a room with a temperature less than 12 deg celcius.if it is this will cause the fault and when you turning on the super freeze the thermostat is bypassed making it work.tells you min room temps in user guide
