How do I drain the water from my BEKO GNEV221ARB?

Water condensation has just started collecting on floor base.
there is no drain hole ?

They ALL have drain holes - yours is very probably blocked.

Look for a sloping channel on the back wall - with a hole - poke it clear with a piece of wire

The water you notice is not condensation - it's melt water from the auto defrost.
