Mend Beko WM5140W Cycle Degree Wash

why does my beko wm5140w washing machine keep freezing during a cycle?

i have put a 40 degree wash on and during the cycle it keeps freezing, when i turn it off and back on again it starts to work again but then freezes again at the same place as last time, so i will turn it off and on again and the same thing happens again so im just going round in circles with it, it just doesnt seem to want to spin.
