Mend Hotpoint WD420 Drum Heard Noise

how can I fix my hotpoint wd420?

the drum on my wd420 seems to have come loose, when I loaded I heard a clanking noise like something falling off then the drum was moving around a lot. Had teh top off teh 2 top springs are in place, found a 3rd spring on the floor when I moved but cannot find where it goes, any ideas?
