Mend Gilera DNA 125 Dna Wont Start

gilera dna wont start 125cc ?

hello can any1 help my gilera dna 125 will start then cut out ive changed spark plug it is sparking ok ive been told its running rich what does it mean any help please.

none of the electrics are coming on could it be the flasher unit broke
