Mend Gilera DNA 50 Dna Start

gilera dna 50 wont start?

i took off the carb to check the jet and put it back on and now it wont start i put it all back together as it was so i cant think why it wont start?

I've got a gilera 50 which I'm currently fixing for a friend,I've changed the piston and barrow and fitted a new gasket kit!
Everything's connected and there's oils water and petrol in it and it won't run but it turns over and that's it! The fuel did run out and doesn't seem to be getting through the pipes not sure why as the pipes aren't blocked
