My Bike Wont Start Up Gilera Dna 50 Gp Experience?

My Bike wont start up it was stolen and barelled to get to the ignition. the clocks turn on but when i try to start the bike on electric it tries 2 start but doesnt and on the kick start the clocks light up but die instantly even though the bike is still on and also the rev counter isnt moving neither

i tried jump starting my bike and it didnt start up im not sure what is wrong eith it still any ideas?

you didnt mention that, theres your problem, if it has been barrelled, it is still possible to run it by kickstarting it but this is ill advise, because your clocks and all that wont work properley anyway(your ignition feeds power to your clocks) most of the time they will blow the cdi unit and this causes no spark, anyway the moral of the story is, most of your problems will dissapear when you fit a new barrell, i have these if you need one

im going to try and jump start the bike tommorow and where is the spark plug located on a gilera dna?

i havnt fitted a new barrel yet bb im trying to look for one as soon as i find it ill fit it on nd let you knoe the situation. however shouldn't the bike start up on the kick start though?

as bb says check your battery connections, your battery could even be knackered, the dna barrells are very simple to fit, have you fitted a new barrell?

Check yur battery connections. Are they nice and tight? Have you put ignition back proerly? Are wire still damaged?
