when it cuts out does it fade out or cut like someone has turned the ignition off?will it run on the stand ok for the same period of time at 3000 rpm?what exhasut does it have on it?is the kickstart hard to push just after it has stopped?can you see 2 stroke oil in the 2 stroke feed pipe to the carb near the front of the airbox.have you checked to see if it still has a spark after it cuts out?is it harder to start when its cold?have you drained the carb off with the small screw at the bottom to check for water in the float bowl?sorry but i need answers to these questions to help you out.
