gilera dna wont start????

hi my gilera dna 50 wont start turns over ok but wont fire allso its sparking white not blue ... any ideas ???????????????????????????????????

have you tried a new plug in it? a fouled plug will usually spark orange as the carbon on the insulator nose burns but not actually spark under pressure in the engine.
