gilera dna 50cc problem?

my m8 and i yesterday taken my carberettor off to clean it out right and ouyt it back together the way that it was and now my bike for 1 wont start and and my kickstart is jammed and battery is flat now cause there is no eletric start and i dont know what to do now??? any help ty
