Noise from new front loading washing machines mostly caused by the following;1. Your machine could be sitting in an uneven flooring or the four adjustable foot srews are not all sitting on the floor surface. One way to check is try to rock the machine by lightly push it on the top ledge if it is moving then you have to adjust the corresponding foot screw. Make sure the machine is sitting perfectly level on the floor. Unstable footing will cause vibration when spinning.
2. Overloading, no enough space inside to allow distribution of clothes to balance the loading around the tub, unbalance distribution will cause excessive vibration resulting to noise generation.
