Moved to a new house & no manual or code available?

Hi Jason,
To reset your alarm to default settings you need to disconnect the power (mains & battery).
You then need to power up the mains only!
Before the panel or keypad makes any noise press RESET on your keypad.
Your alarm is now reset to factory settings!

THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOUR ENGINEER CODE HAS NOT BEEN LOCKED
If you can reset your panel then you need to reprogram it. I can send user & engineer manuals .

If you have no code at all then you will need to reset to the factory defaults and reprogramme the system. You will need the installation manual here http://www.diy-alarms.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=115_117_122
