How to use/reset Eurosec PR5208?

Hi,

I have moved into a house with a Eurosec PR5208 alarm fitted. At the moment it just says 'unset' but I have no instruction manual or code from the last tenants.

Does anyone know how I could go about using the alarm and resetting it to enter my own code please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
