after the wash cycle the fabric softener is still in drawer. tried cleaning the drawer. the washing powder is still used and everything else about the wash cycle is ok.
When you cleaned the drawer, did you pull the long round cover off in the softener compartment? there is a double tube arrangement in there that often gets blocked. Give that a clean - it may be a little difficult to get off - and all should be fine.
