Mend Zanussi jetsystem 1200 xc Washing Wash Cycle Fabric

How can i fix my zanussi jetsystem 1200 xc washing machine. ?

When the wash cycle is complete the fabric conditioner is still in the tray. I have tried cleaning the tray.

remove the soap draw from the machine and look up at the top where the water inlet holes are.Are they all blocked and black with mould?.if so clean out the holes or replace the whole top (conveyor)
