How can I change oven to manual from auto on Cannon Harmony dual fuel cook?

if the auto cook has finished its job then you have to press the 'Manual' button to get it back from auto. If the cycle has not yet finished then just reduce the cook time down to zero and it will then be manual (you may have to hit the 'Manual' button again. - You should here a slight click as the oven switches back on again.
