Mend Diplomat Oven Thermostat Temperature

How easy is it to change a thermostat on a diplomat electric oven?

The oven is switching itself off after reaching the set temperature so it has to be a faulty thermostat I guess. I am waiting on a replacement in the post but have no manual. Is thgis easy to fit ?
