newhome stove df do 800?

no heat in lower oven although fan is still working. i think the element has gone but i cannot find manual to see how to change it

Have same problem. I have service contract. Engineer came today but said wrong parts had been sent. Also have blown element on grill oven but still heats when not turned on. Says he will need a gas enginner to get to grill!
