how to change from auto to manual on a diplomat oven?

I have just moved house and the diplomat elite oven is on auto mode and wont turn on how do I change it to manual there is no buttons only two nobs one for oven grill etc and the other is the temp there is a ➕ and ➖ symbol but they don't seem to b buttons any help much appreciated

Press 2 left hand buttons, then the + to set a time (any time) and that will put it back on manual.

You need to know the model. Look diligently for a rating plate (the page above gives some hints)

They will charge for a manual so you could also do a Google search for "'model' manual" - replacing 'model' with your model number - probably something like ADP3240 - but having tried a few searched for Hygena manuals I wouldn't hold out much hope

Well on my cooker I depress and hold in two buttons on the left and use the plus and minus buttons to set the time - your clock may be different.

It has been turned on and off clock flashes but we don't know how to set clock

Our oven often gets itself into auto timer mode from over enthusiastic cleaning.

We fix it by turning the power off and on again so that the clock flashes - then we set the time - any time will do- then we can cook normally.
