My hoover 1100 performa will not spin?

MY MACHINE DRAINS OUT EXCESS WATER BUT WILL NOT GO TO SPIN CYCLE. IVE CHECKED FOR BLOCKAGES IN DRAIN HOSES AND CHECKED PUMP OPERATION. THEY ARE OPERATIONAL. COULD YOU PLEASE GIVE ME ANY OTHER CHECKS I COULD CARRY OUT. THANK YOU.

THE BRUSHES IN YOUR MOTOR COULD OF WORN OUT. YOUR MOTOR ITSELF COULD BE GONE. YOU ARE GOING TO NEED A METER TO TEST THE MOTOR FOR CONTIUITY ACROSS THE PINS IT IS POSS THAT IT WAS JUST A OUT OF BALANCE LOAD TRY IT AGAIN EMPTY. AN INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST SHOULD ALSO BE CARRIED OUT FOR SAFETY.
