It is on the bottom, under the drum. Get all the water you can out from the machine (siphon with a garden hose). Unplug from the wall. Tip the machine over about 45 degrees and lean it against the nearest wall. From underneath, disconnect the two wires from the motor. Put a bucket under pump motor. Pull outwards on the plastic catch lever (between the pump and the bottom of the drum) while you twist the motor/pump anti clockwise. After a 1/4 turn the whole thing lifts right out (with a little water). Clear the obsticle(s) by USING a torch to see what's in the pump aperture and after putting a bucket under the hole where the pump was, blow back through the pumpout hose and then put it back-in (the opposite way to how you took it out).
