i have a baxi boiler, and when i try to run the hot tap it is hot then it runs stone cold untill i turn the tap to a drizzle, any ideas what it could be?
when the heating is on its about70, but when i turn the hot tap on it goes down to 30_40 . the burner kicks in on central heating and when its on only hot water too, had therostat changed, worked for about a month . i have a baxi combi 105. only seems to happen in bathroom not in kitchen

It sounds like your diaphragm needs to be replaced, does the boiler come one when you open the tap?
Or is it just running on heating?
What baxi model is it
