HOW TO KEEP MY CRAFTSMAN MOWER RUNNING?

I HAVE A CRAFTSMAN PUSH MOWER #917.378480. THE ONLY WAY IT WILL CONTINUE TO RUN , IS TO CONSTANTLY PUSH THE PRIMER BUTTON. I CLEANED THE JETS AND SOAKED THE CARB, BUT STILL HAVE TO PUSH THE PRIMER. ANY IDEAS?

I had the same problem last week. Take the carbeurator apart, especially the round thing underneath that covers the float, clean it, replace the air filter, and you should be good to go.
