Mend Craftsman CHWRB2255B Lawn Mower Fuel Filter

quantum5.5 Power Pro model CHWRB2255B Lawn mower?

Does it have a fuel filter?
Where is it?
It runs and shuts off unless you push the primer bulb and that will keep it running for a few seconds and will start dieing again untill you push the bulb again and about 4 minutes of this it will run but rev up and down repetedly and stay running.
What do i need to do to fix?

fuel pipe comes straight from tank to carb unless someone has fitted a filter inbetween chances are you have got some debris or water or both in your carb.
needs to come off and be given a good clean through
