My Gilera dna wont start?

My electric start doesnt work but my kick does it has petrol in oil water etc it just wont start stil has compression aswell anyone know whats wrong

check for a spark at the plug with a neon tester from halfrauds - and try a new spark plug thats correctly gapped. Charge the battery fully, then try it.
