Leaking Bosch Classixx?

Hi Guys.

Reading some of the other replies im sure this is the forum to help me! (fingers crossed!)
I have a Bosch Classixx conderser and it is leaking from the underside. I have removed the heater exchanger and cleaned and removed the filter and cleaned too. What else can it be????? please help as my mrs is driving me MAD about this!

Look carefully at the bottom of the door seal. Mine is leaking and there is a tiny hole in the seal.
