with calliper/hub assy/ disc shield removed- remove top and bottom grease nipple caps, held in by circlips, take out "o"rings from under caps, remove nut and washer from cotter pin, knock out cotter pin then knock out kingpin.re build in reverse order (make sure thrust bearing is fitted correct way and to bottom of stub axle) shim between top of axle and stub to give minimum lift.make sure new bearings are knocked in to correct depth or caps will be loose or you wont be able to fit circlip.
