Mend Ford Fiesta Courier Pump Diesel Turbo

how do i change the WATER PUMP on my Xreg van 1800dies/turbo?

I am having trouble removing the water pump from my ford fiesta courier van its a X reg -2000 model ,1800 diesel turbo ,5 speed manual,
I have removed the right hand engine mount looking from the drivers seat, and lifted the engine up as far as it will comfortably go- but cannot remove pump because it catches on the strut bodywork. Any help or advise would be gratefully accepted.

Its A nightmare To Change !. I had to disconnect both drive shafts both engine mounts and exhaust managed to drop engine enough to gain access from underneath but only just .. Get a good quality replacement so u never have to do it again ... Good Luck.
