i have a roper washer and it does not spin. how can i make it spin?

my washer does not spin my clothes fully. i wouldl ike to know what part i need to buy to fix it myself?

Same for me...washer makes a loud sound and won't spin.
Fills OK.

I have a whirlpool - Roper 7cylcle.
How do you get to the belt???
