smart drive 051?

bowl was uneven with heavy clothes unbalanced at spin stage .With bowl full or empty it does short spins I can also spin washer by hand and sounds like the gares are free running

It doesn't have any gears. There is no gearbox on a smartdrive washing machine. Suggest you explain more detailed what you mean by it does short spins. Then what happens???
